  • Having the nationality of an ADB borrowing country.
  • Having the nationality of Japanese ODA.
  • Do not have dual citizenship in any developed country.
  • Be in good health.
  • Secured master’s admission at a designated institution.
  • Possess bachelor’s degree with excellent academic scores.
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time working experience after a university degree.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal) language.
