Qualification:
To apply for the CHEDRO VI Medical Technologists and Pharmacists Scholarship Program for aspiring Medical Technologists and Pharmacists, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Citizenship and Residency
- Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines.
- Educational Background
- Must be a Senior High School graduate under the STEM strand, OR
- A current college student in higher year levels of:
- Medical Technology / Medical Laboratory Science, or
- Pharmacy programs.
- Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 80% or its equivalent.
- Enrollment Requirements
- For incoming freshmen:
- Must have passed entrance exams and fulfilled other admission requirements in a Medical Technology / Medical Laboratory Science or Pharmacy program at a CHED-identified SUC (State University or College) or PHEI (Private Higher Education Institution).
- For continuing students:
- Must have no failed subjects in the latest semester or term prior to application.
- For incoming freshmen:
- Income Requirement
- Combined annual gross income of parent/s or guardian must not exceed Php 400,000,
- OR if income exceeds Php 400,000, the applicant must provide:
- Medical findings or documentation of illness of a family member, OR
- School certifications showing that two or more dependents are enrolled in college.
- OR if income exceeds Php 400,000, the applicant must provide:
- Combined annual gross income of parent/s or guardian must not exceed Php 400,000,

- Submit any one (1) of the following as proof of income:

- Applicants belonging to Indigenous Peoples (IPs), residing in Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDAs), or belonging to special groups must submit certifications or Identification Cards (IDs) issued by the appropriate offices or agencies.
