BENEFITS

The scholarships will provide the following:

1. A round-trip economy class ticket, with restrictions on the maximum airfare for each leg based on the student’s region of origin.
2. Tuition fees are covered but exclude any special fees the chosen faculty or program charges. Students need to arrange with the faculty/program in advance.
3. Students will receive a monthly stipend of 16,000 Baht for accommodation.

SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY

To apply for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Must be international graduate students from ASEAN or Non-ASEAN countries. Preference is given to those who will return to teach/work at their home universities after graduation. Students who have already studied at Chulalongkorn University for more than one semester are not eligible to apply.
2. Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and provide a degree certificate and academic transcript with their application.
3. Must have a minimum GPA of 2.75 for undergraduate studies and 3.25 for graduate studies.
4. Must be under 40 years of age.
5. Must have a good command of English with a minimum TOEFL score of 500 or an IELTS score of 5.0.
6. Must be in good health.

2. Each Faculty/Programme will screen and recruit applicants before forwarding their names and relevant application documents to the Office of Academic Affairs, Chulalongkorn University.
3. All relevant application documents that have been screened by the Faculty/Programme must arrive at the Office of Academic Affairs.
4. Direct applications to the Office of Academic Affairs will not be accepted.
5. It should be noted that each Faculty/Programme sets its own deadline and selection schedule.
6. Applicants should send their application form and relevant documents to the Faculty/Programme of their choice at least two weeks before the deadline set by the University’s Office of Academic Affairs.
