About Vicsal Foundation Scholarship:
The Vicsal Foundation Scholarship Program started in 2007 to help financially struggling students from public high schools in Cebu. It aims to provide these capable students with the chance to go to college.
Since then, the program has grown, helping many students achieve their educational goals. By 2022, 193 scholars had graduated, with many receiving honors, including Summa, Magna, and Cum Laude.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the Vicsal Foundation Scholarship program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Must be a graduate or a graduating student from any public senior high school, with a general average of at least 88% and no grade lower than 80% in any subject.
• Must possess good moral character and demonstrate leadership skills.
• The combined annual gross income of both parents/guardians must not exceed Php300,000.00, or Php150,000.00 for families with a single earner.
• Must not be receiving any other scholarship grants while enlisted in this scholarship.

- Failure to attend classes due to health issues, pregnancy, disciplinary actions, or any behavior that contradicts the objectives and standards of the FOUNDATION and the SCHOOL may lead to the termination of the Scholarship Grant.
