Scholarship Coverage of the WMSU Student Financial Assistance Program (StuFAP)
a. State Scholarship Program (SSP) – at least with a General Weighted Average of 96% and above in their Grade 12. (Who will enroll in Public School/College)
b. Half State Scholarship Program (HSSP) –at least with a General Weighted Average of 93% to 95% in their Grade 12 (Who will enroll in Public School/College)
c. Full Private Education Student Financial Assistance (FPESFA) – at least with a General Weighted Average of 96% and above in their Grade 12. (Who will enroll in Private School/College)
d. Half Private Education Student Financial Assistance (HPESFA) – at least with a General Weighted Average of 93% to 95% in their Grade 12. (Who will enroll in Private
School/College)

Qualifications of the WMSU Student Financial Assistance Program (StuFAP)
- Must be a Filipino citizen with good moral character
- Must have a General Weighted Average grade of 93% and
above. - Must have a combined Annual Gross Income of
Parents/Guardian not to exceed Three Hundred Thousand
Pesos (Php 400,000.00) - Must avail of only one Government/CHED Scholarship
Program. - Must not be a graduate of any degree program.

- Accomplished Region IX OSDS Form
- For Senior High School Graduates (with a GWA of 93% and above
A. Certified Grades of Grade XI- 1st /2nd Semester
B. Certified Grades of Grade XII 1st Semester - Certificate of Alternative Learning System (ALS) or The
Philippine Education Placement Test (PEPT) - Annual 2022/2023 Income Tax Return or Certificate of Indigency (Please indicate the amount of Parents’ annual/monthly Income)
- Birth Certificate (PSA)
- 1 pc. 2X2 ID Picture

- Must avail of only one CHED or any Government Scholarship and/or financial assistance.
- MUST ENROLL IN PRIORITY COURSES IN A RECOGNIZED HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS (Provided in CMO No. 10, s. 2021)
