About CCMF Scholarship Program:

The CCMF-Bikol Scholarship Program, established by the Consuelo Chito Madrigal Foundation, is dedicated to supporting the youth of the Bicol region. It aims to help students become job makers rather than just job seekers. Through this program, deserving students are given the opportunity to pursue higher education, empowering them with the skills and knowledge to create opportunities for themselves and contribute to their communities.

Qualifications:

To be eligible for the CCMF Scholarship Program, the applicant must be an

• incoming or continuing student of Ateneo de Naga (ADNU) or Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA)-Pili Campus.

Priority Courses:

The program gives priority to students enrolled in specific courses at ADNU and CBSUA:

• For ADNU applicants:
  Priority is given to enrollees of the following courses:
  • AB Religious and Values Education
  • BS Entrepreneurship
• For CBSUA applicants:
  Priority is given to students enrolled in 4-year Agriculture-related courses.

CCMF Scholarship Program – Available Slots for Scholars

Each year, the CCMF Scholarship Program has a limited number of slots for new scholars. The available slots for A.Y 2025-2026 are as follows:

For ADNU:

• A maximum of 10 new scholars per year.

For CBSUA:

• A maximum of 10 new scholars per year.

Applying for the CCMF Scholarship Program is simple. Prepare the required documents and follow the steps carefully to complete your application.

Requirements:

To apply for the CCMF Scholarship Program, applicants must meet and submit the following requirements:

Admission Requirements:

The applicant must pass the admission requirements of either ADNU (Ateneo de Naga University) or CBSUA (Central Bicol State University of Agriculture).

FOR ADNU Requirements

• Intent letter addressed to: Fr. Wilmer Joseph S. Tria, CEO, CCMF-Bikol.
• For freshmen: proof of admission to the university and copy of report card from Grades 11 & 12.
• For continuing college students: Copy of grades from the Registrar’s Office.
• Bio Data of applicant.
• Picture of house (interior and exterior) certified by the Barangay
• Captain.
• ADNU Scholarship/ Financial Aid Application.
• 1 pc. 2×2 picture with white background.
• CCMF Scholar’s Profile Form.

FOR CBSUA Requirements

• Intent letter addressed to: Fr. Wilmer Joseph S. Tria, CEO, CCMF-Bikol.
• For freshmen: proof of admission to the university and copy of report card from Grades 11 & 12.
• For continuing college students: Copy of grades from the Registrar’s Office.
• Bio Data of applicant.

How to Apply:

The CCMF Scholarship Program provides opportunities for deserving students to pursue their higher education at ADNU or CBSUA. To ensure a smooth application process, follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1. Meet Admission Requirements:

• Apply and pass the admission requirements of either ADNU or CBSUA.

Step 2. Submit Documents for Initial Screening:

• After meeting the admission requirements, submit the required documents to CCMF-Bikol for initial screening.

Step 3. University Screening:

• CCMF-Bikol will forward your application to ADNU or CBSUA for their screening process. You may be called for an interview.

Step 4. Endorsement by University:

• After their screening, ADNU or CBSUA will endorse your application to CCMF-Bikol.

Step 5. Final Interview:

• CCMF-Bikol will conduct the final interview.

Step 6. Results Announcement:

• CCMF-Bikol will announce the results to the university (ADNU or CBSUA), and they will inform you of the outcome.
