Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

1. Must be economically in need.
2. Must be 21 years old and below.
3. Must not be a recipient of other scholarships or educational assistance.
4. Must live in Metro Manila.
5. NOT living in a dormitory.
6. Must be an Incoming 1st and 2nd year College Student.
7. Must have passed the entrance exam for a four-year or five-year course (except for certain courses like(EXCEPT FOR MEDICINE, DENTISTRY, PHYSICAL THERAPHY, TOURISM,BS. INTERIOR DESIGN, HOTEL AND RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT).
8. Must have a general weighted average of 2.25 (85%) or better with no grades below 75% or failing grades.

Partner Schools:

Must be enrolled as a regular student in one of the foundation’s partner schools:

1. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila
2. Philippine Normal University
3. Technological University of the Philippines-Manila Campus
4. Universidad De Manila
5. Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Main Campus
6. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina
7. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa
8. City Malabon University (for Malabon residents only)

Requirements:

To apply for the scholarship, applicants must provide the following documents:

• Application form

• Complete Grades (SHS or 1st Year College)
• Incoming 1st Year and 2nd Year College Only
• Latest Copy of Utility Bills and Printed House Picture (inside and out)
• Birth Certificate, Valid ID’s, 2×2 ID Picture and Certificate of Indigency
• DSWD Social Case Study Report, DSWD 4p’s ID
• Sketch of Home Address from Major Landmark and Medical and X-Ray Result
