What is the Charity First Foundation?

The Charity First Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting education and empowering communities.

Through partnerships and collaborations, the foundation strives to create opportunities for growth, development, and lasting change.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  1. Must be admitted or enrolled in Charity First Partner Schools/ Universities
  2. Must be an INCOMING 1ST and 2ND YEAR COLLEGE STUDENT FOR THIS COMING AY 2025-2026.
  3. Must be under the STEM Courses. Psychology, Social Work, Education and Criminology.
  4. Must have a GWA of 2.25 85% or better with NO FAILING GRADES and REGULAR STUDENTS
  5. MUST NOT BE A RECIPIENT OF OTHER SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM (PARTIAL/FULL)
  6. MUST be DEDICATED to attend Charity First Activities every 1st Sunday of the Month
  7. Metro Manila Residents ONLY not residing in dormitory.

Must be enrolled as a regular student in one of the foundation’s partner schools:

  1. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila
  2. Philippine Normal University
  3. Technological University of the Philippines-Manila Campus
  4. Universidad De Manila
  5. Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Main Campus
  6. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina
  7. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa
  8. City Malabon University (for Malabon residents only)

Requirements:

To apply for the scholarship, applicants must provide the following documents:

  • Accomplished Charity First Application Form
  • Complete Grades (SHS and 1st Year 1st Sem Grades)
  • Latest University/School Registration Form
  • Autobiography or Talambuhay
  • Latest Copy of Utility Bills and Printed Family and House Picture (inside and out)
  • PSA Birth Certificate, School and Government ID’s, 2×2 ID Picture and Certificate of Indigency
  • Social Case Study Report get it in your nearest City Social Welfare Development Offices
  • DSWD 4p’s ID of you or any family members (if applicable)
  • Latest ITR or Parents’ payslip (if applicable)
  • Sketch of Home Address from Major Landmark for Home Visitation purposes
  • Copy of Medical and X-Ray Result

Application Deadline:

The application deadline for the Charity First Foundation Scholarship is up May 31, 2025 only.

Application Process:

Applying for the Charity First Foundation Inc. scholarship is simple. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit Requirements

  • Gather all required documents.
  • Personally submit the documents to Charity First for Initial Screening.
  • Incomplete requirements will not be processed.

Step 2: Screening Process

  • All applicants will undergo a thorough screening based on the standards of the foundation.

Step 3: Notification of Results

  • Successful applicants will be notified by Charity First.
