Deltek Systems (Philippines) Ltd. partners with the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) to support 3rd year students enrolled in BS Computer Science and BS Computer Engineering.
For Academic Year 2025–2026, only three (3) slots are available — making this a competitive and highly valued opportunity.
Benefits
Selected scholars of DELTEK SYSTEMS (PHILIPPINES) LTD. Scholarship Program will receive:

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this DELTEK SYSTEMS (PHILIPPINES) LTD. Scholarship Program, applicants must meet the following:
- Filipino citizen
- Bonafide 3rd year PUP student enrolled in BS Computer Science or BS Computer Engineering
- Maintain a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 2.50
- Carry the regular load prescribed in the curriculum
- No failing grade (5.0), INC, dropped, or withdrawn final grade
- Pass the final interview conducted by the GRANTOR and PUP officials
- Belong to a family with joint annual income not exceeding ₱300,000
- Not a working student
- Good moral character
- Physically fit
- Not a recipient of any other scholarship

- Copy of Grades from 1st year to current (screenshot from SIS is accepted)
- Current Registration Card
- Parents’ or Guardian’s ITR, or Certificate of Indigency from Barangay (permanent address), or Certificate of Non-payment of ITR

Application Process
1. Prepare all required documents in PDF format following the correct file name format and Each file must not exceed 1 GB in size:
- Copy of Grades:

- Copy of ITR / Proof of Income / Certificate of Indigency:

2. Fill out the online application form on the button below and upload your PDF requirements.
3. Wait for the notification of shortlisted applicants.
4. Only if shortlisted, attend the face-to-face interview at the Office of Scholarship and Financial Assistance (OSFA), Room W119.
Note: According to PUP shortlisted applicants will be notified and will undergo the interview at OSFA.
Deadline of Submission
The deadline is on August 25, 2025 (from previous July 4, 2025).
Late submissions will not be entertained, so be sure to complete your requirements early.
