Inspired by the genuine care they experienced from being part of
the Megaworld Foundation’s scholarship program, the scholars
seized the opportunity to reach out to others in need.
Scholar-turned-Megaworld employee Bryan Suñiga, together with his friends, came up with his own way to give back. The opportunity came during one of their hikes when they stumbled upon small communities badly lacking basic needs.
Because these communities are inaccessible, they have not been able to receive much assistance. Hence, Bryan and his friends founded the AKYATEAM, Inc. Although there is still much work to be done, they are glad to know they are able to help in their own little way.
