About Moirasia Foundation Scholarship
Moirasia Foundation, Inc. is the charitable branch of Ramon F. Garcia & Co., CPAs, focused on helping students succeed.
Through the Moirasia Youth Excellence Scholarship (MYES) program, the Foundation provides financial support to students who need help continuing their education.

- Filipino Citizenship:

- Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship.
- Character and Recommendations:
- Must be of good moral and academic character, supported by Recommendation Letters from a college adviser/dean or SHS teacher/principal (as applicable) and a community or barangay leader who is not a relative.
Requirements:
Applicants must submit the following documents for the Moirasia Foundation Scholarship MYES program:
- Endorsement Letter: From the College Dean or Department Chairperson.
- PSA Certificate of Live Birth: Submit both the original and a photocopy.
- Barangay Certificate of Indigency: Must indicate that it is for the purpose of a scholarship application under the Moirasia Foundation.
- Certified True Copy of Grades: From the previous academic/school year (Original Copy).
- Certificate of Good Moral Character and No Current Scholarship Grants: To be issued by the Office of Student Affairs (Original Copy).
- Social Case Study Report: Issued by the City Social Welfare and Development Office of the applicant’s city or municipality (Original Copy).
- Autobiography: A written or printed personal life story (“Talambuhay”).
- Recommendation and Character Reference Letters: From a lecturer, mentor, and pastor.
- Photocopy of Valid School ID: Both sides (back-to-back), with 3 signatures.
- Photocopy of DSWD 4Ps ID: If applicable.
- Printed Photos of the House: Including both inside and outside views.
- Latest Utility Bills: Provide both photocopies and originals.
- Sketch of Home Address: A simple map or sketch indicating the home address.
- ID Pictures: Three pieces of 2×2 ID photos with a nametag.
Application Process:
