The CHED Scholarship Program for Future Statisticians (ESTATISTIKOLAR) is a government initiative aimed at addressing the scarcity of statisticians in the Philippines.

The program prioritizes students from underrepresented groups, including underprivileged and homeless citizens, persons with disabilities, solo parents and their dependents, senior citizens, and indigenous peoples.
This scholarship opportunity is open to qualified Filipino students entering their third year or fourth year of study in Bachelor of Science in Statistics or Bachelor of Science in Applied Statistics programs at recognized Private HEIs (PHEIs) or State Universities and Colleges (SUCs)/Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs).
Eligible students may receive either a full or partial scholarship under the State Scholarship and Private Education Student Financial Assistance (PESFA) program.

Eligibility
The CHED Scholarship for Future Statisticians (Estatistikolar) is open to interested third-year or fourth-year students pursuing Statistics programs.
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria, as amended in CHED Memorandum Order (CMO)-No.-4-s, 2024:
- Filipino citizen;
- Senior High School graduate with a minimum general weighted average (GWA) of 85% or its equivalent;
- For 2nd to 4th year college students, a minimum general weighted average (GWA) of 80% or its equivalent; and
- Must enroll in Bachelor of Science in Statistics or Bachelor of Science in Applied Statistics.
- Combined annual gross income of parent/s/guardians that does not exceed Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500,000.00), or in cases where the income exceeds Php 500,000.00, an applicant must present a written certification or medical findings of illness of a family member, or school certifications of two or more dependents enrolled in college.
