- Complete Report Card (1st to 4th Quarter) — must be scanned front and back clearly in PDF format
- For AMLIG applicants — submit a recommendation letter instead
- Applicants with incomplete grades will be automatically disqualified (except AMLIG)

• Renewable every term until graduation
• Must meet grade requirements
