Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the following requirements to qualify:
- Must be a resident of Muntinlupa City.
- Must be among the Top 50 passers of the MSD Qualifying Examination for Excellence Scholarships.
- Must have Good Moral Character.
- Must be a graduate of a Muntinlupa Public Senior High School OR an MSD Senior High School beneficiary (Grade 12) for SY 2024–2025.
- Must be accepted/enrolled in an academic institution within Luzon.
- Must NOT be a recipient of any other government scholarship.
