About Vivant STEM Scholarship:
The Vivant STEM Scholarship Program offers support to deserving students aiming to pursue Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) degree programs in college.
Aligned with the Vivant Group’s focus on energy and infrastructure investments, the program aims to foster positive community impact through educational support and sustainable development projects.
Eligibility:
Eligibility Criteria for the Vivant Foundation STEM Scholarship:
- Graduating Senior High School student from public schools within Region VII.
- Maintain at least a 90% general average for each grading period in Grade 11 and the 1st semester of Grade 12, with no subject grade lower than 85%.
- Participation in the Regional Science and Technology Fair (RSTF)–7 within the last 4 years is advantageous but not required.
- Total family household income should not exceed P300,000 per year.
- No concurrent scholarship grants.
- Clean disciplinary record.
- Commitment to enroll in STEM-related courses at our preferred schools.

- Book Allowance: Php 6,000 per semester.

Requirements:

- Proof of admission from one of our preferred schools.
- Report cards for both Grade 11 and the first semester of Grade 12.
- The most recent income tax return of your parent or guardian (if employed) or a certificate of indigency (if unemployed).
- Your PSA birth certificate.
- A certificate of good moral character.

Step 2: Personal Information
- Enter your full name, address, age, and birthdate.
- Fill in any additional required personal details.
Step 3: Character References
- List two non-relative character references, including their names, relationships to you, and contact numbers.
Step 4: Educational Background
- Provide details of your educational history, including elementary, junior high school, and senior high school.
- Include the addresses of each educational institution.
Step 5: Awards Received
- List any awards received during your elementary, junior high school, and senior high school years.
- Upload a file containing your school awards.
- Indicate whether you participated in the Regional Science and Technology Fair (RSTF).
Step 6: RSTF – VII Information
- If you attended the Regional Science and Technology Fair (RSTF), provide the necessary details.
- Upload any relevant awards and project information.
Step 7: School & Program of Choice
- Select your preferred schools for enrollment.
- Indicate the degree program you intend to pursue in college.
Step 8: Required Documents
- Write and upload an essay as instructed.
- Upload proof of admission/acceptance to your chosen school.
- Upload report cards for Grade 11 (both semesters) and Grade 12 (1st semester only).
- Provide a copy of your PSA birth certificate.
- Attach a certificate of good moral character.
- If your parents are employed, submit their Income Tax Return (ITR). If unemployed, submit a Certificate of Indigency.
Step 9: Submission
- Review your responses for accuracy and completeness.
- Submit the completed application form.
- Wait for updates from the scholarship program or contact them if you have any questions.

Application Period for Academic Year (AY) 2024 – 2025:

Screening and Selection Process:
- Only complete applications will be considered for processing.
- Applicants who pass the initial screening will be invited for an online or face-to-face interview. Notification of selection will be sent via email.
- Newly accepted scholars will be required to sign a scholarship contract, confirming their admission. The contract terms will be based on the provided MOA template.
Terms and Conditions:
- The scholarship benefits will be provided from the first year until graduation, as long as the scholar remains in the same course.
- Scholars must maintain a minimum general weighted average of 2.0 (85%) and at least 2.5 (80%) per subject grade by the end of each term, or as set by their department’s cut-off grade.
- Scholarship termination may occur under the following circumstances:
- Failure to meet the required general weighted average or subject grade.
- Receiving failing, incomplete, or dropped grades in academic or non-academic subjects.
- Transferring to another school or shifting to a different course.
- Violation of school policies during the scholarship period.
- Availment of another scholarship while receiving the grant.
