- Will enroll in a public or state university/college for SY 25-26 or Enrolled and Studied in public universities and colleges
- Must not have any existing scholarship
- A general weight average (GWA) of at least 85% with no failing grades.
- Demonstrate financial need
- Have no disciplinary or administrative cases
- Be an active member of their community
- Aspire to bring positive change to society
- Be a model of integrity in the community
- Be willing to pursue personal and professional development opportunities

- Duly completed scholarship application form.
- Certification from the school registrar or Certificate of Registration/Enrollment signed by registrar
- The latest copy of the report card with attendance. If none, a certified copy of grades with attendance will do.
- Documentation of financial need. Only the following are accepted
- Parents’ or guardians’ most recent Income Tax Return (ITR)
- Tax Exemption Certificate from the BIR
- Certificate of Indigency of parents
- For children of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and seafarers, recent contract or proof of income
- Latest Copy of Electric Bill
