3. Will enroll in a public or state university/college for SY 26-27 or Enrolled and Studied in public universities and colleges
4. Must not have any existing scholarship
5. A general weight average (GWA) of at least 85% with no failing grades.
6. Demonstrate financial need
7. Have no disciplinary or administrative cases
8. Be an active member of their community
9. Aspire to bring positive change to society
10. Be a model of integrity in the community
11. Be willing to pursue personal and professional development opportunities

• Duly completed scholarship application form.
• Certification from the school registrar or Certificate of Registration/Enrollment signed by registrar​ (wet signature)
  • Incoming first-year students for SY 26-27 are required to submit either their proof of college admission or their Senior High School diploma.
• The latest copy of grades signed by the registrar (wet signature)
• Documentation of financial need. Only the following are accepted
  • Parents’ or guardians’ most recent Income Tax Return (ITR)
  • Tax Exemption Certificate from the BIR
  • Certificate of Indigency of parents
  • For children of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and seafarers, recent contract or proof of income
• Latest Copy of Electric Bill
