- A senior high school graduate with an average grade of at least 80%
- If currently enrolled in college, must have an average grade of at least 80% from the previous semester
- A member of an Indigenous Cultural Community or a Muslim residing in the watershed areas of Toril, Tugbok, Baguio, Calinan, or Marilog districts
DCWD College Scholarship for Non-Indigenous Peoples (Non-IPs)
Available Slot: 1
- A senior high graduate of a recently preceding school year upon application
- Must have an average grade of at least 80%
- Must be in the top 20% of the graduating class
- Must be a resident of Davao City

Requirements:
Applicants must submit the following documents based on the type of scholarship they are applying for:
DCWD College Scholarship for Indigenous Peoples (IPs)
- Notice of Admission to the Program (NOAP) from the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP)
- Report Card for Senior High School graduate or Report of Grades for continuing college student
- Tribal Certification proving tribal affiliation
- Barangay Clearance for verification of residence and good standing
- Barangay Endorsement supporting the applicant’s eligibility
- Certificate of Confirmation (COC) issued by NCIP or NCMF, certifying tribal membership and that the tribal chieftain is registered
- Certified true copy of annual household Income Tax Return (ITR) not exceeding ₱120,000.00
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA-issued)
- One recent 2×2 photo (preferably wearing IP costume)
DCWD College Scholarship for Non-Indigenous Peoples (Non-IPs)
- Notice of Admission to the Program (NOAP) from USeP
- Senior High School Report Card
- Certification from the school head confirming the applicant is among the top 20% of the graduating class
- Certified true copy of annual household Income Tax Return (ITR) not exceeding ₱120,000.00
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA-issued)
- One recent 2×2 photo
- Barangay Clearance
- Barangay Endorsement
