DCWD College Scholarship for Indigenous Peoples (IPs)
- Applicants must be between 15 and 25 years old, either incoming first freshmen or continuing students.
- They must be senior high school graduates with an average grade of at least 80%.
- If currently enrolled in college, their average grade for the previous semester prior to the application must be at least 80%.
- Applicants must be members of the IPs of Indigenous Cultural Communities and Muslims residing in the watershed areas of Toril, Tugbok, Baguio, Calinan, and Marilog Districts.

- 15-21 years old incoming freshmen
- A senior high school graduate from a school based in Davao City of the previous school year upon application
- An average grade of at least 85%
- Part of the top 20% of the graduating class
