The Doña Miguela M. Jhocson Scholarship Program, also known as the Doña Miguela M. Jhocson Blue Scholar program, is for students currently at or who wish to enroll in National University – Bacolod and excel academically. This scholarship is specifically for graduates with High Honors (May Mataas na Karangalan) and helps students who meet the requirements and are committed to their studies.

The Blue Scholarship can be used for 4 years or 5 years (depending on the degree program), as long as the student meets the university’s requirements. The discount is only for the term when the student first enrolls.
