- Applicant’s annual gross family income is not more than P180,000.00.
- Bonafide residents of the Province of Iloilo.
- Applicant must have good moral standing in the community.
- Applicant plans to be enrolled in any state universities/colleges in Iloilo.

- Father’s Name

- Highest Educational Attainment
- Number of Siblings
- Number of Household Members living in the same house
- Birth Order in the Family then proceed next step
Step 9: Family Socio-Economic Data
Provide the following socio-economic information:
- Who is/are earning income for the family
- Source of Family Income (e.g., salary/wages, etc.)
- Gross Monthly Income in Philippine PESO (to be verified against proof of income)
- House Ownership Status
- Lot Ownership Status
- Farmland Ownership Status
Add N/A for “others” but if applicable then indicate it
- Appliances owned and quantity per unit (e.g., TV, etc.)
- Specify number of Units then proceed next
Step 10: Requirements (Upload in PDF/JPEG/PNG format)
Upload the following required documents with the specified file names:
- Form 138 (Senior High School)

Applicants must plan to enroll in any of the partner state universities and colleges in Iloilo, namely:

- Northern Iloilo State University (NISU)
- Passi City College
Scholar Allocation
A total of 125 scholars will be selected, with 25 slots allocated per district.

- Monthly stipend: P3,500
- Learning resource assistance: P3,000 per semester
- On-the-job training allowance: P20 per hour
