About Toyota Scholarship Program:
Toyota Motors Philippines (TMP) Tech, located at the Toyota Special Economic Zone (TSEZ) in Santa Rosa, Laguna, began operations in September 2013.
It offers scholarships through the Toyota Scholarship program to deserving high school graduates from low-income families, aiming to provide quality technical and vocational education.
TMP Tech focuses on training after-sales technicians for service centers, emphasizing a global perspective in local training.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Toyota Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
General Qualifications
- Filipino Citizen
- Annual Family Income: No more than Php250,000.00
- Priority:
- 17-18 years old
- Fresh Senior High School (SHS) graduate
- Average grade of 80% and above from SHS, no failing grade in any subjects, and no discipline case
- Admission Examination: Score of 70% or higher
- Passed the Following:
- Medical examination
- Interview by sponsor
- Home & family visit, as needed
Specific Qualifications for
For GT Foundation Inc. (GTFI)
- Must be residents and high school graduates from North Luzon, Visayas, & Mindanao
For Hino Motors Ltd. – Japan
- Male, 17-24 years old

Toyota Scholarship program offers slots for the academic year 2024-2025 sponsored as follows:
- Toyota Dealers Association (TDA): 12 slots
- Toyota Motor Philippines Foundation (TMPF): 1 slot
- GT Foundation Inc. (GTFI): 10 slots
- Toyota Motor Philippines School of Technology: 3 slots
- Hino Motors Ltd. – Japan: 30 slots
Requirements:
To apply for the Toyota Scholarship program, applicants must provide and submit the following documents:

Additional Medical Requirements
Apart from general medical examination requirements, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- No small or big tattoo
- Normal Body Mass Index (BMI)
- No skin allergies
- Not color blind
Scholarship Retention Requirements
To retain the Toyota Scholarship, scholars must fulfill the following criteria:
- Academic Performance Evaluation:
- Maintain a weighted point average of at least 85% per NC level, with no grade lower than 80% in any subjects (certified by the Office of the Registrar).
- Pass TESDA & TEAM 21 assessments.
- Achieve at least 95% attendance and punctuality (certified by the instructor).
- Attendance and Leave:
- No leave of absence (certified by the Office of the Registrar).
- Disciplinary Record:
- No record of disciplinary action (certified by the Discipline Officer).
- Student Assistant Responsibilities:
- Fulfill assigned tasks (certified by the concerned Department Head), if applicable.
Note: The scholarship grant requires fulfilling a 5-year service agreement as per the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the scholar and the sponsor.
Benefits:
The Toyota Scholarship program offers the following benefits to eligible scholars:
Basic Coverage:
- Tuition and miscellaneous fees.
- TESDA National Assessment Fees for the first take only. Retake shall be on own account.
Extended Coverage (as approved by the Sponsor):
- Dormitory accommodation.
- Monthly stipend (amount as decided by the Sponsor).
- Sea or airfare for the following:
- Opening of classes
- OJT in Toyota Dealership (if within Visayas & Mindanao)
