Qualifications:
If you’re planning to apply for the Makati City Revitalized Scholarship Program, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Open to all Makatizens who are fresh Grade 12 graduates
- Must plan to enroll in any of the following:
- Private colleges or universities in NCR certified by CHED as Centers of Excellence
- Any State Universities or Colleges (SUCs), except the University of Makati (UMAK)
- Courses listed as priority programs by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST)
- Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) must be endorsed by the City PWD Affairs Office (PDAO)
- If taking up law or medicine, they must enroll in top-performing schools based on the list provided by PRC/CHED
- Open to both public and private high school graduates
- Students who will enroll in a religious studies course are also qualified
- Must belong to the top 10% of the graduating class
- A bona fide resident of Makati City for at least five (5) years before applying
- Must be willing to serve Makati for at least two (2) years

Requirements:
Make sure to prepare and submit the following documents for your Makati City Revitalized Scholarship Program application:
- Duly accomplished e-application form Access here.
- Certification from the School Registrar stating that the applicant belongs to the top 10% of the senior high school graduating class
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Certificate of Admission from:
- Any CHED-certified/accredited private college or university, or
- Any State University or College (SUC) — except UMAK
- Voter’s Certificate:
- If the applicant is 18 years old or older, submit their own
- If the applicant is 17 years old or younger, submit their parents’
- Proof of Residency in Makati, certified by the Barangay (at least five (5) years of residency)
- BIR Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents
- If exempted, submit a BIR Certificate of Exemption along with an Affidavit of Non-Filing of ITR from the Law Department
