This fully funded scholarship, Project Lawin Scholarship, administered by the National Teachers College, allows Filipino citizens to pursue a Master’s Degree in either Guidance and Counseling or Special Education.

For this academic year, one scholarship will be awarded for each program: one for Guidance and Counseling and one for Special Education.
