Qualifications:
To qualify for the Assistance on Baccalaureate Completion Scholarship, applicants must:
- Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen.
- Must have been a resident of Iligan City for at least five (5) years.
- Family income must not exceed ₱150,000 per year for a family of six, with an additional ₱10,000 per extra family member.
- Must have no failing grades in any college subjects taken.
- Must have studied in a CHED-accredited public or private school in Iligan City.
- If a recipient of STALCA, the applicant must have taken their course at a TESDA-authorized school in Iligan City.
