Qualifications:

To qualify for the Capiz Provincial Government Scholarship Program, applicants must meet the specified criteria set by the program.

1. Must be a resident of Capiz.
2. Must be enrolled or planning to enroll in a recognized college or university.
3. Must have a good academic standing with no failing grades.
4. For incoming first-year students, must have completed high school or its equivalent.
5. For 2nd-4th year college students, must have no failing grades in previous semesters and must be enrolled in the upcoming semester.
6. Must meet the specific requirements set by the scholarship program.

Requirements:

To complete your application for the Capiz Scholarship Program 2024, you will need to gather and submit the following documents and forms with your scholarship application.

1. Duly accomplished Application Form with 1×1 picture (to be provided by the secretariat/you may download the form using the link from the caption).
2. Photocopy of Certificate of Live Birth.
3. Barangay Certificate of Residency.
4. (For 1st Year Applicants) Photocopy of Form 138/Report Card and/or College Registration Form.
5. (For 2nd-4th Year Applicants) Photocopy of College Registration Form.

Deadlines:

Applications will be accepted only from July 1, 2024, until July 31, 2024. No extensions will be granted.
