About CLSU LandBank Scholarship:

• Must be children/grandchildren of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) or small farmers and fishers
• Must be a high school graduate with a minimum average grade of 90% or belonging to the top 10% of their class (final grade in senior high school or grades from the latest available grading period)
• Must pass the selection requirements of partner State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), such as entrance exams, submission of required documents, and preliminary interviews
• Must not currently receive any other financial assistance, grant, or scholarship from external sources (e.g., foundations, local government units, Department of Science and Technology [DOST], pre-need educational plans)
• Students whose annual total family income does not exceed PHP 300,000.00 as stated in their BIR Income Tax Return (ITR). In the absence of an ITR, any other document proving income (e.g., Certificate of Indigency or BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption) may be considered.

Requirements:

To apply for the CLSU LandBank Scholarship Program, applicants must submit the following documents and fulfill specific criteria:

• Application Form for the CLSU LandBank Scholarship Program

• Certified true copy of grades with school seal
• Letter of recommendation from the school principal
• Endorsement letter from LANDBANK agriculture-related client cooperative, association, or organization
• Essays:
  • 500-word essay on “Why I am pursuing a career in (course to be taken)?”
  • 500-word essay on “How does LANDBANK help in nation-building?”
• PSA/NSO-certified Birth Certificate or Certified True Copy (CTC) issued by the Local Civil Registrar and duly authenticated by the PSA
• Proof of registration to the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA) or Certification from the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) or the Municipal Agrarian Reform Office (MARO)
• Photocopy of recent Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents or BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption or Certificate of Indigency
• Certificate of good moral character from the school’s Office of Student Affairs
• Barangay Clearance from the applicant’s home barangay
• Two 2” x 2” ID photos
