About CNSC LandBank Scholarship:

The CNSC LandBank Scholarship, titled ‘600@60: Developing Scholars and Nurturing Talents Towards Serving the Nation,’ is sponsored by LANDBANK.

It supports underprivileged students who are descendants of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries or Small Farmers and Fishers.

Running from 2023 to 2028, the program annually sponsors sixty scholars from each of the sixty agricultural provinces in the Philippines.

It focuses on twelve courses offered by State Universities and Colleges, aiming to foster talent and contribute to national development through education.

Qualifications:

To qualify for the CNSC LandBank Scholarship Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Residence in Camarines Norte or Quezon.
  • Children or grandchildren of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) or Small Farmers and Fisherfolk (SFFs).
  • Minimum average grade of 90% or belonging to the top 10% of their class (based on final grades in senior high school or grades from the latest available grading period).
  • Must be endorsed by the high school principal.
  • Must not be receiving any other financial assistance, grant, or scholarship from external sources (e.g., foundations, local government units, Department of Science and Technology (DOST), pre-need educational plans).
  • Annual total family income must not exceed ₱300,000.00.
  • Must be enrolled in one of the eligible courses.

  • Certified true copy of grades with school seal
  • Letter of Recommendation from the school principal
  • Endorsement Letter from LANDBANK agriculture-related client cooperative, association, or organization
  • Essay: 500-word essay on “Why I am pursuing a career in (course to be taken)?” and “How does LANDBANK help in nation building?”
  • PSA/NSO-certified Birth Certificate or Certified True Copy (CTC) issued by the Local Civil Registrar and duly authenticated by the PSA
  • Proof of registration to the Registry System for Basic Sector in Agriculture (RSBSA) or Certification from the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) or the Municipal Agrarian Reform Office (MARO)
  • Photocopy of recent Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents or BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption or Certificate of Indigency
  • Certificate of good moral character from the school’s Office of Student Affairs
  • Barangay Clearance from the applicant’s home barangay
