Requirements:

Prepare the following documents to complete your application for the NMSCST LandBank Scholarship:

• Accomplished Application Form
  • Obtained from the Office of Student Scholarship Services
• Certified True Copy of High School Card
  • Must include school seal
• Letter of Recommendation
  • Obtain from the school principal of the previous school attended
• Essays (Encoded)
  • 500-word essay on “Why I am pursuing a career in (course to be taken)?”
  • 500-word essay on “How does LANDBANK help in nation-building?”
• PSA/NSO-Certified Birth Certificate
  • Certified true copy issued by the local civil registrar and duly authenticated by the PSA
• Proof of Registration to RSBSA
  • Certification from the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) or the Municipal Agrarian Reform Office (MARO)
• Photocopy of Recent ITR of Parents
  • or BIR Certificate of tax exemption or Certificate of Indigency
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Obtain from the previous school’s Guidance Office
• Barangay Clearance
  • Obtain from the applicant’s home barangay
• ID Picture

Benefits:

Scholars shall receive the following:

Total Annual Grant: PHP 100,000.00 (less applicable taxes)

• Allowance/Stipend

Special Cash Awards for Graduating Scholars:

• Summa Cum Laude: PHP 100,000.00
• Magna Cum Laude: PHP 70,000.00

Licensure Review and Examination Fees:

• Maximum reimbursement of PHP 16,000.00
• Covers Review Center Fee (official receipts required)
• Professional Regulation (e.g., photocopying/printing of review materials)
